Production Process:
The engineering department creates an installation diagram for the installation department. Next, we begin the factory installation with this best indoor playground metal frame. Then, the design department makes a list of components for the producing department. After that, the quality inspection department follows the order and inspects it before packing. Finally, the delivery department rechecks the list and the loading.
How to install steel fasteners and vertical pipes on indoor playground:
1. Steel fasteners (steel, anti-rust) should be installed in advance and packed with an extra 10% for spares.
2. Vertical pipes should be hot galvanized, anti-rust, and have a 48 mm diameter and 2.5 mm wall thickness. Spare vertical pipes should be included (4-7 for spare). The following instructions apply:
A. Height of each pipe should be marked on the installation diagram, and pipe number should be marked on both the top and bottom (0.5 m from the bottom).
B. Fasteners should be put in the correct place and directly attached to the pipe at a height matching the installation diagram.
C. Pipes should be packaged by number (e.g., A1, A2, A3) and same serial number.
D. All bent pipes should be tested and then installed on a trial basis before packing.
3. Horizontal Pipe
(Standard 117 cm)
(Galvanized Dia 48 mm Pipe with 2.5 mm Wall Thickness)
A. The installation diagram will show exactly which fastener should be used on the horizontal pipe.
B. Any size that is not 117 cm must be marked on the installation diagram.
C. All pipes must be cut according to the installation diagram and packed by different length.
D. All bent pipes must be tested and test-installed before packing.
E. Pipes for a spider tower or a donut slide, etc., must have a test installation.
G. Pipes for a support tube slide and other cubes must be packed together.
4, Plastic parts

If you’re using fiberglass in your indoor playground, keep these tips in mind:
1. Do a trial installation to test the height of the entrance for the slide and adjust the height of the platform to be in line.
2. Do a trial installation to get the exact length and make sure there’s a soft pad for landing. The pad should be made of 2 cm of wood, 2 cm of foam, and 4 cm of whatever material you’re using.
3. If you’re not sure about the color or workmanship, be sure to have an inspector check it out. The inspector should also check the support the pipes are going to give.

1. The platform will be cut in a round corner. The standard size for the platform will be 122x122x5cm.
2. The platform will be made of 2.0cm environmental plywood that is not red, 2cm foam, 1cm sponge, 1000D matt 0.55mm PVC, and 500D Shining 0.35 PVC on the bottom.
3. The platform will be fixed with a screw and four fasteners.
4. 2.0cm plywood will be used, which is more crush resistant than 1.5cm plywood.
5. The 1cm sponge will make the platform soft and provide excellent tactile feedback.
6. The PVC is fire-proof and will be both strong and anti-scratch. The matte finish is non-slip.
7. Any irregular, big, triangle, or transparent platforms will be trial installed before inspection. A 10mm thick acrylic will be used for platforms measuring 60x60cm, and a 15mm thick acrylic will be used for large, transparent platforms.
The height needs to be adjusted per order. For example, vertical water wheel height is level height-25 cm on level one and level height-15 cm on others.
We also need to pay attention to the size:

Horizontal obstacles have metal sheets on both sides (standard length is 107 cm).
