    Production Process:

    The engineering department creates an installation diagram for the installation department. Next, we begin the factory installation with this best indoor playground metal frame. Then, the design department makes a list of components for the producing department. After that, the quality inspection department follows the order and inspects it before packing. Finally, the delivery department rechecks the list and the loading.

    How to install steel fasteners and vertical pipes on indoor playground:

    1. Steel fasteners (steel, anti-rust) should be installed in advance and packed with an extra 10% for spares.

    2. Vertical pipes should be hot galvanized, anti-rust, and have a 48 mm diameter and 2.5 mm wall thickness. Spare vertical pipes should be included (4-7 for spare). The following instructions apply:

    A. Height of each pipe should be marked on the installation diagram, and pipe number should be marked on both the top and bottom (0.5 m from the bottom).

    B. Fasteners should be put in the correct place and directly attached to the pipe at a height matching the installation diagram.

    C. Pipes should be packaged by number (e.g., A1, A2, A3) and same serial number.

    D. All bent pipes should be tested and then installed on a trial basis before packing.

    A. The installation diagram will show exactly which fastener should be used on the horizontal pipe.
    B. Any size that is not 117 cm must be marked on the installation diagram.

    D. Space capsules, helicopters, watchtowers and all plastic parts with structures that extend out need a metal support.

    E. If any plastic requires an open window or glass, the window should be assembled before packaging, and the connecting rings should be attached.

    F. Screws should be the right length and packaged with an extra 10% for spares.

    G. If there is no panel on a plastic entrance, there should be a soft cover. Single slides over 140cm need a soft platform under them (the height should be adjusted according to the story height).

    If you’re using fiberglass in your indoor playground, keep these tips in mind:

    1. Do a trial installation to test the height of the entrance for the slide and adjust the height of the platform to be in line.

    2. Do a trial installation to get the exact length and make sure there’s a soft pad for landing. The pad should be made of 2 cm of wood, 2 cm of foam, and 4 cm of whatever material you’re using.

    3. If you’re not sure about the color or workmanship, be sure to have an inspector check it out. The inspector should also check the support the pipes are going to give.

    4. You’re probably going to have a tiger head, a dragon head, and a monkey head or something like that, so when you do the trial installation, make sure you have the panels assembled and have support under all the decoration parts.

    – Woven parts include: platform, single plank bridge, chain bridge, tunnel, and other parts that use woven material.
    – A woven platform must surround a pipe.
    – The only under-bridge that should be assembled with rebar and a metal ring is one that children do not walk on.
    – For woven platforms that cannot share a horizontal pipe, they must be assembled at a split level with a clean height of 10 cm or more.
    – Woven platforms assembled with rebar and wrapped around a pipe can share a pipe.

    C. Woven platforms larger than one grid are not allowed to have pipes going through them; the pipes must be 30cm underneath.

    D. Chain bridges, vaulting horses, and other obstacles that use ropes should have connections made as shown in the diagram below.

    E. There must be soft padding to cover the joints on both the passageways and woven materials on the horizontal pipes.

    F. Tunnels must be supported from the top with swing arms to allow them to sway. They cannot be supported from the bottom with half-expansion forks.

    G. Woven parts with irregular shapes must have a trial assembly before packing.

    Produce Department:
    1. The platform will be cut in a round corner. The standard size for the platform will be 122x122x5cm.
    2. The platform will be made of 2.0cm environmental plywood that is not red, 2cm foam, 1cm sponge, 1000D matt 0.55mm PVC, and 500D Shining 0.35 PVC on the bottom.
    3. The platform will be fixed with a screw and four fasteners.
    4. 2.0cm plywood will be used, which is more crush resistant than 1.5cm plywood.
    5. The 1cm sponge will make the platform soft and provide excellent tactile feedback.
    6. The PVC is fire-proof and will be both strong and anti-scratch. The matte finish is non-slip.
    7. Any irregular, big, triangle, or transparent platforms will be trial installed before inspection. A 10mm thick acrylic will be used for platforms measuring 60x60cm, and a 15mm thick acrylic will be used for large, transparent platforms.

    Horizontal obstacles have metal sheets on both sides (standard length is 107 cm).
    Vertical obstacles have a bearing, and the bearing and support pipe are packed together.
    Also, rainbow stairs, animal climbing stairs, and rainbow arch bridges need to have metal pipes assembled, using 1000D Matt PVC. The standard lengths are as follows:
    Level 1 to 2:
    Story height: 125 cm, L=261 cm
    Story height: 135 cm, L=265 cm
    Story height: 140 cm, L=268 cm
    Story height: 150 cm, L=272 cm
    Story height: 170 cm or more than 180 cm, L=277 cm (because a starting platform needs to be added)

    1. Decoration boards, doors, spider holes, and windows must match exactly and have less than a 4mm gap. Foam and sponge must be on both sides.

    A. If the design is for a transparent or window mockup, blank pressing is a must.

    B. The width standard is 114cm. On levels above the ground, the height standard is the clean level height minus 8 cm (for example, if the clean height is 140cm, the window height is 132cm). On the ground level, the height standard is the clean level height minus 18cm.

    2. Ball pit fence and other soft parts must have a thickness. Ball pit thickness should be 20cm. For heights over 60 cm, the fences must have transparent parts in the middle.

    A, Must install from top to bottom by screw. The board on the surface should be equal to the maximum width. It is not possible to hold the surface board with a clamp, but extra wooden support should be used from the inside.
    B, The surface that children are likely to touch should be covered with foam and sponge.
    C, Snap joints should not be visible from the outside and assembled in a line.
    D, Fences with more than three pieces should be marked with numbers, such as 01-02, 02-03, 03-04, etc. before they are packed.
    3, A soft play set, two- and three-step stairs, a bench, and soft obstacles should be made from materials that fit. The stairs should be made from 1000D matte PVC, and the soft play set and obstacles should be made from matte PU.

    6, Palm tree balls, stable hanging seats, spiked bags, and hanging balls for ziplines should have certain qualities.
    A, The aforementioned products must be manufactured with high frequency and be able to directly take the weight of children or have bulging parts.
    B, They should be made of microfiber leather with reinforced zippers.
    C, 16 mm diameter cable rope must replace the metal chain.

    7, Vertical and horizontal obstacles (those that are not movable) should be constructed in a certain way.
    A, Vertical board obstacles should be fixed with three long arm fasteners.
    B, Vertical triangle obstacles should be fixed with two two-way long arm fasteners. Screws must be embedded (the installer must twist the screw out before finishing installation).
    C, Horizontal obstacles that need to be fixed on a platform must have embedded screws (the installer must drill holes on the platform for screws to go through).

    8, Cross obstacles, punching bags, and all kinds of hanging obstacles and ropes should follow these rules:
    A, Elastic string or cable rope must be used to connect parts. A knot should be tied on both sides before fixing the object to a pipe.
    B, No metal fasteners should be visible. If it is necessary to use a bulge connector, it must be covered by a specially made PVC cover.

    Parque Gulliver was inspired by Jonathan Swift’s Gulliver’s Travels, an 18th Century novel.
